IN HEALTH NEWS: Two American studies have shown that people who drink moderate amount of alcohol may have healthier hearts. Both studies were published in The Journal of the American Medial Association. One report say drinking alcohol in moderate amounts reduces the risk of dying from a heart attack by 32 percent over not drinking alcohol at all. Another study found that people who drink in moderation reduce their risk of developing heart failure. However, the head of one of the studies says there is not enough information to show that drinking alcohol leads to good health.
