No. 28 The United States Senate has approved a campaign finance bill. The bill bans the giving of huge amounts of money to political parties by large businesses, labor unions and rich people. It also establishes a 2000-dollar limit on the amount of money a political candidate can receive from any one person or company. The bill must be approved by the House of Representatives before it can become law. Some House members say they will defeat it.
